Francis Eduku
Francis holds Professional Executive Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution from PULSE Institute Africa. He has an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelors’ degree in Management Studies from the same school. Francis is also a professional member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK (Membership No. 81528573) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA.
He has over fifteen years experience in Human Resource Management with Golden Star (Bogoso/Prestea) Limited. Francis is currently the Group Vice President, Human Resources, Goldfields West Africa, a position he has held since 2015. He previously worked as a Human Resource Manager for Goldfields Ghana Ltd. Francis has travelled worldwide to attend Human Resource conferences and seminars and has special interest in alternative dispute resolution. He is currently pursuing his PHD in Human Resource Management.
